      Pros

      Good teams, smart people, innovative idea (but it's being rapidly copied by other companies).

      Cons

      Constant changing directions. The company was hit HARD by the pandemic. It's so bad to a point that the company appears to be falling apart. The work-life balance is harsh because of constantly-changing priorities.
