Pros

- Excellent working environment and culture (great team and office location) - Management (personal development is well support, ideas are encouraged and taken on board) - Remuneration (paid well, great incentives)

Cons

As is usual with a young and growing company, there's not always a very structured process and things can change quickly. This can be appealing to some as there's a big opportunity to help shape the business, but might put off those that prefer a more corporate structure.

Pros

Company is experiencing a lot of growth. Culture is good. Peers are really sharp, collaborative, and hardworking. Lots of flexibility to help shape and mold things. Leadership seems very open to employee concerns and ideas and takes action to improve on things.

Cons

As with any company going through a lot of growth, it is easy to get lost in the mix on lots of things so it's important to remain flexible with an open mind. There can also be odd hours due to varying time zones around the world. It's got a small company feel still so sometimes you may be asked to contribute to initiatives outside of your role, which has both its pros and cons.

Pros

I’ve never worked for a company that cares as much about the culture as Clausematch does. Individual and team work is always recognized and celebrated, and our US team gets together monthly to do fun activities like whitewater rafting. In addition, it's a highly collaborative work environment. New ideas are encouraged, so you really have the opportunity to make a difference. The leadership team are great and make sure that everything is transparent across the organization.

Cons

Since Clausematch is a scale-up company, individuals will only thrive if they are self-starters and very proactive. At times, you may get asked to do tasks that are outside of your job description (although this can be a positive for development).
