Pros

Roster two weeks in advance.

Cons

You are earning 15:50 an hour but breaking your back carrying heavy loads up and down stairs, so not only are you a driver but goods removal- 20-39 deliveries per shift, no Sunday premium, no lunch breaks, no toilet breaks- certain employees given easy runs in every shift and the company owner has absolutely no interest in meeting with staff. Low morale amongst workers and a high staff turnover due to the low pay and horrendous working conditions. It labels itself as a family friendly company but it’s d live to see Mark survive a week in what he pays us.

Pros

e been working as a van driver with CDS for a while and it’s a decent job overall. The shifts are fair and usually allow for a good work-life balance. There is weekend work involved, but the rota is manageable. One of the best parts is the flexibility. If you want extra hours, there’s usually plenty going. If you just want to stick to your normal shifts, that’s fine too. You also get the option to work from different stores, which is handy. The job itself is straightforward – load your van, get on the road, and make your deliveries. If you like driving and working independently, it’s a good fit. No major complaints – reliable work, flexible hours, and a decent team.

Cons

routes can be weird sometimes but think that's cause customers want their food delivered at certain times
