Fun coworkers. Lots of energy and positivity. You get to make a difference with kids.
Cons
Had to be re certified for CPR every year in order to work with kids (I do agree with this policy)
You cant kick out kids who have lice
You are expected to do everything possible to avoid kicking kids out, even though said kids steal, kick, scream or assault other children
