      Pros

      Good for freshers. Some teams are good. Others are worst.

      Cons

      No proper hierarchy, No fixed timing. Salary is reduced without prior notice. Mandatory bond for all employees despite experience level. No benefits in office.

      Pros

      Honestly, nothing special. Just a normal consaultancy company. Perks is just Work from home arrangement.

      Cons

      Every company has its cons. Im not rooting for chiptest, but it could really improve on its HR managing, work assignments and training/coaching.
