A lousy old woman style - Manager China Life Insurance Employee Review

It is an old fashion company, a lot of people just dodge their jobs and make managers to finish all the work. When I joined the company, those old people just refuse to fulfill their responsibilities, tried to reflect to the 40’s old woman boss and she said’ if they don’t do the job then it is YOU to finish all the work!’. What an irresponsible management style I have ever seen! I usually stay till 10pm to 2am but still no respect. That’s why I left.
