Management lately has a more unified push for the success of the company. Managers push for both personal and professional growth opportunities, benefits are good especially given that a lot of companies are cutting back lately on their offerings.
Cons
Order backlog is large, which is good for company longevity, but makes for some delays in production steps which can impact the other areas of the business. This is being addressed but takes time. Supply chain issues that were an issue globally also affected us, though we are coming through the other end it seems
