Pros

They are always hiring and if you have a license and aren't dead you got a job judging from some of the hires I saw at the conferences.

Cons

The business model is a bad design for the clients. The way they get business is very borderline. The owner says one thing in meetings then they tell you something else after he makes his appearance and he knows exactly what is going on. They run through field agents in mass quantities and same with District Managers. A few get the good leads and the rest starve as they don't have enough for everyone but they need bodies to "follow up on their contractual requirements with previous clients". Your a subcontractor...........I made 4 times seeing a few of my own clients through referrals than I did seeing all the "follow up" clients of theirs. So I quit wasting my money and time and just left. Funny I have had their recruiters call me asking if I wanted to work for them. They should scrub their list of former employees as I can guarantee none of them would return.

Pros

No cold calling but a dried up lead isn't much to work with except wasting gas and time

Cons

Very crooked. They bait and switch seniors into paying for a trust. In doing so, they gain knowledge to their available assets and use us to go in and sell annuities to them (which is very questionable anyway at that age). In doing so, they will pay you about 5% of what you would make anywhere else. Why?....because it is "their client". They will say that repeatedly. They scam the employees as well. In fact, they had a lawsuit pending when I first started regarding their "practices". I didn't want any part of their scam. They boasted a name change to "Eagle Financial" because "it is majestic". Forgot the fact they were being sued and had to change the name to continue the scam.
