Pros
Great products and fragrance. Seasonal collections are beautiful. Company is well known and reputable. Quality of products are excellent. The goodies and gratis you get occasionally are always something to look forward to. Work hard and keep good connections and relations with bosses. If you are liked and of course good at what you do, you'll have more work.
Cons
Working in retail has its perks, and definitely its cons such as being on your feet most of the day. Depending where you work and what kind of store, ex department store, there are different dynamics to adjust to.
