      Pros

The pay is considered quite good compared to other language services providers, given that only a landline telephone is required and I don't need to stay in front of the web cam all the time (some companies pay a bit better for medical video calls but interpreters need to be "camera-ready" at all times) ; the management values your hard work and feedback; call volume is quite good for my language

      Cons

Lack of growth opportunities for interpreters; only freelance work is available so there are no benefits

        Pros

They treat you like family and human. They show they care and with having a WFH option we have a better work/life balance. The people I work with are awesome too!

        Cons

Can be stressful at times like with any job.

Thank you for the kind words. We are happy to hear you enjoy working with us.

          Pros

Working remotely for CLI enables flexibility of time. The support team is very prompt at following up with questions and solutions.

          Cons

Nothing to really complain about. It's a great company to work for.

        Interview Tips

Feel free to post any interview questions you might be asked and I’ll help you compose an effective response :)

Hello all- I have a question. Context: I've completed a four-stage interview process for a design position at a large retail corp. The final interview on Nov 15 went very well! I sent thank-you notes that week and last holiday week sent flowers and an edible arrangement, thanking and asking about next steps. They said they have been busy + will reach out soon. It's almost been two weeks. They have been so eager the entire process and now it's quiet. Should I email them again? Is this normal?

For anyone who has ever gone through an interview process, only to be told at the end that the role is on hold (due to budget review or such) have you ever actually gotten reached out again with an update? It happened to me today so just wanting to see if it makes sense to just treat this as a rejection even if i was told there might be an update.

I have a curious question to ask. I'm working on a way to help people do better at their job interviews.  What would you say is the hardest part about taking a job interview? And what can make the experience easier?
