    I have been working at Ceridian full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    -really friendly group of people; people from different departments eat lunch with one another and hang out after work -there are some really strong bonds here -understanding and accommodative; if you have something going on in your personal life, there is always a workaround so that you can deal with personal matters and still contribute productively -Ceridian invest a lot in their employees in terms of knowledge; they empower people with constant learning (e.g. sit down sessions, webinars etc) -social place where people feel comfortable being themselves

    Cons

    -interior design is not the greatest, kinda bland and boring -coffees not the best

    • Flexible work hours • Unlimited paid time off • Friendly co-workers • Flagship product is innovative

    Cons

    • 'Boys Club' - doesn't promote and pay employees based on merit. Promotions and hiring are often based on who you know, not what you know. • Poor work ethic and lack of know how and ability for positions is not held accountable. • Women are not compensated equally for doing the same role as their male counterparts on the same team or in the same department. This is ranging from analyst to VP positions. • More work, same pay. Understaffed teams often covering 2-3 different roles.
