Pros

- Teammates willing to help. - The interview process is easy. - Hiring test is gratifying. - Lunch hours are respected.

Cons

- Toxic ambient, most teammates aren't toxic, but they defend only their part of the job, so there's a feeling of being part of a team, but not the sensation of friendship. - People are nice in front of the boss, but inside direct messages, they tend to be completely different. - People have the tendency to work extra hours, but no payment is being done for the extra hours, this makes things harder for people that like spending free time with family or friends since the work needs to be done faster. - Comparations in performance with other teammates are done, they tend to tell you how you perform in comparison with other teammates to try to "motivate" you into getting the job done at the same time. - No learning curve considerations, if you're new to the team at least in software, they tend not to take into consideration the complexity of the task assigned.

Pros

Great Location Comfortable Working Environment Fun Office Functions Bonus Pay Work-Life Balance Flexibility

Cons

I can't find any cons for myself. Had I not run into personal health issues I would happily be employed here.

Pros

No pros! This Place SUCKED! Big Time!

Cons

Passing messages between field, office, and clients felt like a game of telephone. By the time something reached the final person, it was about as clear as mud. No wonder projects got messed up!
