      Pros

      There is nothing good about this company. They are racist and enjoy degrading their employees. Worst place I have ever worked.

      Cons

      The owner has no idea how to treat employees. I worked there for a year and there were over 25 turnovers in a company that only employs 18 people at a time.

      Pros

      Great folks, really care and strive to do the right thing. Take care of their folks too, even in downturns or if health issues.

      Cons

      It's crazy that one wahoo can leave such a bad review, whereas folks that are happy here don't need to brag.. just like social media!

      They work pretty hard to keep their folks happy. Not surprised if a prior job hopper left a bad review.. and good folks don't feel the need to brag.

      Cons

      It's not a huge business, so you're more in touch with the economy (some folks like that)
