I worked at Cancer Research UK full-time (More than a year)

Pros

Progressive organisation that's driven by a fantastic cause. They care about employee engagement and try to have open communication and lots going on for staff to get involved with. I personally had fantastic managers who supported my development.

Cons

Sometimes try to do too many new, exciting initiatives without making sure the basics are solid first, leading to staff feeling overwhelmed or frustrated.

I have been working at Cancer Research UK full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Working with intelligent, motivated and inspirational individuals towards a shared amazing aim. Lots of training and internal development opportunities. I managed to progress quickly across teams as CRUK prefers to hire internally. So once you’re, you’re in!

    Cons

A bit of a fluffy culture. Sometimes I felt that that delayed efficiencies.
