- meet young professionals who want to make difference in health care
-opportunities to participate in some industry events (conferences etc.)
Cons
-you will be overworked with no thanks or recognition from leadership. Period.
-You will be demotivated working here within a few months due to the sheer time it takes to make a single decision.
- when work gets assigned to you it is of the utmost urgency however when you submit the work you have to wait and wait and wait for your leadership to review because guess what it wasn't urgent to begin with and you shouldn't have sacrificed s your personal time to meet deadlines.
-You will make more PowerPoints than you have made in your life here even when its absolutely not the right form of communication
-Why does every little thing need to be to discussed at 10 different leadership meetings I will never understand. Consolidate and find efficiencies so things can move faster!
- work from home policies seems to differ vastly across the cco. Some teams work from home a few times a week whereas others you have to let your manager know a week before because you have an appointment.
-You will not find time to even eat because resource management is so poor and you're probably doing the work of 3 people.
