      Pros

      Good work-life balance, very good benefits, 401(k) match + 3%, time off matches with overall industry, great working group environment. Very little overtime expectations.

      Cons

      Management allowed lead times to grow to a point where sales trickled of and didn't adapt to changing conditions fast enough. Overall somewhat beurocratic of a place to work in Buffalo. Union shop, though willing to work and a relatively engaged workforce. Compensation is lighter than most locations.

      Pros

      The people are fantastic to work with. Majority of us work as a team to get things done. I have an excellent boss who helps get the job complete when needed. Our Boss works well with the employee and is always there with the door open to all of us. Our VP is also great. He takes time 2 or 3 times a week to visit us, to see how things are.

      Cons

      There is not many downsides working here.. Although I would like to know if our salaries are competitive.
