      Pros

      Cameron is a good comapny to start porfessional experience. The possibility to work with the big Oil&Gas customers is a great advantage. Very flexible environment where you can learn a lot. Lack of real purhcasing departement allows you to work technically and commercially with suppliers.

      Cons

      Not so many opportunities for international move or career growth in Milan.

      Pros

      The people are fantastic to work with. Majority of us work as a team to get things done. I have an excellent boss who helps get the job complete when needed. Our Boss works well with the employee and is always there with the door open to all of us. Our VP is also great. He takes time 2 or 3 times a week to visit us, to see how things are.

      Cons

      There is not many downsides working here.. Although I would like to know if our salaries are competitive.
