Pros
Can gain a lot of experience in the trading systems market. A lot of very good people to learn from and work with (though many have left). There are a lot of career opportunities due to high staff turnover.
Cons
Dictatorial management does not promote an open culture. Many people learn to keep their heads down for fear of berating from company head. Director layer of Senior Management generally weak and sycophantic to the boss. Internal feeling of racism. The CEO is an excellent guy, but he is really not running the company.
