Pros
Great opportunities to learn new programs and skills, knowledgeable coworkers, opportunities to work on high-profile jobs internationally
Cons
This company is profoundly top-heavy; my team of 17 had 7 managerial staff. Nepotism is entrenched here, at least it was. Managers would take 2.5 hour workout breaks nearly daily. Many people who were very talented, knowledgeable and experienced were passed over for promotions/raises for those who happened to be friends with the existing staff. Expect to work 60+ hours a week with nary a thank you.
