      Pros

      I gained great experiences working with the children!

      Cons

      - 3 month unpaid internship; then minimum wage working 40+ hours a week from 7:45am - 5pm. No overtime pay. - It's a competitive environment. Practice Associates tried to constantly one-up each other to supervisors to "look good" - Management preys on the vulnerability of employees by utilizing their superiority - Placed on multiple projects and tasks with varied supervisors; they expect you to juggle it all at once, but they lack communication with each other - High turnover in the company, high-stress environment - Severe lack of respect between management-employee relationships

      - Ethical practices for learners and staff - Positive and collaborative community atmosphere. - Good work life balance with the ability to choose your own availability! - NO OCURRENCES or penalties for being sick!! - Great communication with center director and clinic leads. - Great SLP, OT, PT and BCBA support. - Well rounded training that prepares new staff for work! It does not feel as if you are thrown into the fire.

      - Less than 40 hours availability will not guarantee administrative time when not working directly with learners.
