Pros
Most managers in the company including the department heads, head of CS and even the CEO have started working as CSA, so the company definitely promoting growth. There are many benefits for CSMS employees, such as 25 annual leave, health insurance with dentist options, gym card, and even free books but much much more (i think overall around 25 benefits)
Cons
Quite a lot of work but at least its never boring :)
