      - You require little or no experience - Lots of freedom with little supervision - You will secure employment easily because there are lots of open positions

      Cons

      - very high turn over - you are consistently paid incorrectly with missed hours and missing over time pay - Safety is not a concern - There is little opportunity for personal and professional growth - Doesn't seem to be an equal opportunity employer

      Constant state of change, consistent turnover, toxic culture, unwillingness to see the error of their ways, horrible acquisition strategy and execution of business plan, lack of direction, and the list goes on and on
