Pros
I thought that the average income the company pays was good until I took a glimpse at the job opportunities outside. So even the only one advantage I could mention was found as a huge disadvantage for the employee.
Cons
- lack of transparency from board of directors - no feedback from management - forget about career growing - There is no effort to retain talents. Unfortunately, adm works well for hiring only, but it doesn't perform any program to retain or motivate employees. - salary
