      good people willing to put in work to make cool stuff. good work life balance.

      Cons

      really bizarre biz model where they hire over excitedly and then do lay offs like it's a surprise. bc it's a smaller place, production is v scrappy. pay is not competitive enough.

      Good people, remote first, independent agency, so you don't have to deal with the BS of working for a holding company agency

      Cons

      Lack of company structure. Leadership inexperienced, very much flying by the seat of their pants. Some of the clients are nightmares.
