      Good people, remote first, independent agency, so you don't have to deal with the BS of working for a holding company agency

      Cons

      Lack of company structure. Leadership inexperienced, very much flying by the seat of their pants. Some of the clients are nightmares.

      Dedicated creatives, FUN accounts to work on. You're constantly making cool work. Supportive team!

      Cons

      It's "scrappy", but not a con if you enjoy the hustle. Accounts and clients are needy and you'll compromise on your personal time but staff respects boundaries if you set them accordingly.
