The leadership team is looking out for your growth and personal development. We work as a team with each other not against each other. No micromanaging, people hold each other at a high standard and expect you deliver results but are here to help you with whatever you need/guidance. The mission of the company is incredible and everyone who works here is because they want to be here, not because "it's a job". A+++ workplace, highly recommend!!!
Cons
Honestly really hard to find cons.. I guess because it is still a smaller company, it has some aspects of "start-up" vibe...so constant changes, processes are still evolving. But, this can also be a pro, depending on your working style! It can mean you are able to contribute to larger decision making. Many people work remote in the US so if you are looking for the office culture it's not quite that ( although we have a small team that is very tight-knit and love to do activities together!)
