      Only having to work day shifts. Clinic open from monday to saturday. Benefits were fair. Cheap parking costs.

      My family is from London and I there was no option to transfer so I had to leave.

      Pros

      CML is a very good Medical Laboratory to work. An excellent Chemistry automation analyzer to see and work. Very good staff too. I would recommend to work in CML.

      Cons

      CML need a very good AC to keep cool all analyzer in the company. Also need more space for all departments, it looks and feels very congested.

      Good benefits, working environment and location

      Cons

      Cheap to employees, $50 christmas bonus, low wage increases which became worse when it was sold to MyHealth Centre. It became a money operation.
