It's a terrible company to work for. The top management allows managers to be toxic and micromanage their employees. Forget about reporting to the HR, they'll turn around and make it look like you're the problem. If you want to experience depression and don't care about your mental health, then you can work for them. Otherwise I don't recommend. Salaries are low. No bonus structure. They deceive you with enticing offer during the interview but in reality it's fake. People leave the company on a daily. If you have two job offers and you're deciding which company to go for, don't choose this. You'll thank me for this. I was in project management and super toxic head of department. No opportunities for growth. Unhealthy politics.
