Pros
Mostly a young staff with a casual dress code...yeah that is about it...
Cons
Low pay, bad benefits, outdated decor. As for work, you will be horribly micro-managed down to writing internal emails. Upper management is a joke. Do not waste your time here.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that you did not enjoy your time with CI-Group. We wish you future success.
Integrating new systems and adapting to new technologies has been a big benefit to the entire organization. We have recently added a pick-to-light automation system to our fulfillment operation and a new AccurioPress 12000 to our print shop.
Cons
The learning curve to new technologies can be challenging to some.

Thanks for your insight. Staying current with our technology is the cornerstone of our ability to service our clients with the best and most cost effective solutions. Incorporating new technology also fosters an environment for our staff to constantly learn and grow.
Sometimes got to take home sample products, or things they were getting rid of, like water bottles.
Cons
Awful pay, and expected to work late (sometimes until 9). The micromanagement is unreal, and if you’re not part of upper management, you’re treated like trash. Management would immediately ask where you were going if you got up from your desk, so be prepared to announce to everyone if you have to use the bathroom. I was harassed at times and literally ended up with PTSD from working there.
