      Pros

      great culture, easy atmosphere, everyone has a ton of passion and it's entirely telecommute! everyone has a ton of responsibility over their domain and is expected to perform day-in and day-out.

      Cons

      challenging start-up environment and due to the fact that it's telecommute, it is difficult to separate work from outside life.
