      A lot to learn. Skills to manage people. Contact with a lot of suppliers. Great people to work with (partners, collaborators, bosses) Wide overview of construction business

      Cons

      A lot of cotinuous hours. They can call you at anytime for any failure. Very few people to do many things. Old technology equipments. No structure in job activities.
