      Some of the staff was great to work with.

      Poor leadership, upper management changes focus & direction every three months, limited benefits & healthcare too expensive since there is no employer contribution

      Pros

      Ability to wear many hats during projects. Nice group of consultants and a few good employees who know how to do their jobs. Good ideas to keep the business alive but pretty poor execution.

      Cons

      Weak leadership. Chaotic environment. Not invested in employee satisfaction. Sneaky business practices. Employee benefits are minimal. Company too small for job advancement. Has trouble keeping good employees.
