      Sales leadership is good, company has strong backbone of solutions capabilities, great relationships with vendors. Commission is good once you reach thresholds. Low pressure - giving chance to succeed, no micro-management. Rewards the best salespeople well.

      Cons

      Systems need an update which is happening soon.

      Pros

      CDW is a solid contracting company. Any time I had an issue or concern they responded quickly and provided clear paths to resolution. Communication was consistent and they handled problems professionally without leaving you to figure things out on your own.

      Cons

      As with most contract roles, there is limited visibility into long-term opportunities beyond the assigned engagement.
