      Pros

      Free snacks every Wednesday, there are some amazing students, and the teachers are awesome.

      Cons

      As the school is transitioning into a restorative justice model, the school rules and expectations for conduct have gone out the window. The students can almost do whatever they want with no consequences. The teachers are overworked and underpaid, and the admin are leaving left and right.

      -Liberal work environment -Strong emphasis on improving workplace -Excellent academics

      Cons

      Schools change rapidly especially since the pandemic, I can only speak to my time not what is currently happening there.

      community, multi culture, beautiful grounds, new campus, Reggio, play based, lots of PTO, many support teachers for coverage, age range 0-5y\o, big center, on Stanford campus

      Cons

      missing leadership, no follow through, missing accountability, almost no pd's, no summer break (year round), pay and benefits
