      Pros

      Great atmosphere for up and comers and hungry, get the job done types. If you are entitled or expecting praise you most likely will not fit in here. Everyone knows who the producers are so either pick up a shovel and dig in or get out of the way.

      Cons

      Hierarchy can be disruptive but like the military is navigable in many ways.

      They provide a wealth of learning materials to further your career.

      Cons

      My experience was that upper management does not understand what those in lower level positions do, and they don't take advantage of experience and knowledge of those below them to make strategic decisions.
