      Pros

      As an employee for such a large company, you have tremendous access to resources. Lay offs were not as bad as competitors during 2008.

      Cons

      The company itself is huge so it's a crap shoot in terms of how your experience is. Those that are salaried don't make nearly as much as those that are production based.

      They provide a wealth of learning materials to further your career.

      Cons

      My experience was that upper management does not understand what those in lower level positions do, and they don't take advantage of experience and knowledge of those below them to make strategic decisions.
