      - Flexibles Arbeiten - 30 Tage Urlaub - Direkte Kolleg:innen

      Cons

      - Große Umstrukturierung und steigender Druck auf Mitarbeitenden - Chaotische Prozesse - Fehlende Überstundenregelung - Schlechtes allgemeines Klima - Teilweise keine klare Kommunikation - Meinung der Mitarbeitenden scheint immer weniger Relevanz zu haben - Propagierung von #crewlove und einem "offenen Ohr", sieht in der Realität leider aber manchmal anders aus

      Unternehmen entwickelt sich schnell und Zusammenarbeit mit allen macht unfassbar viel Spaß, GF ist nahbar und supportet einen bei Bedarf

      Cons

      Sehr schnelles Wachstum, manche Prozesse hinken noch etwas hinterher. Punkte sind aber bewusst und werden auch bearbeitet.
