Kaufman (Owner) visits our branch office he nit-picks everything: cleanliness of desks, art on the walls, employee attire, etc. We have resorted to making purposeful mistakes, so to speak, to satisfy his need to micromanage us and hopefully distract him from other problems. He seems to need to find and complain about something every time he shows up. Executive management are empty suits who tow the party line and tell the owner whatever he wants to hear. Those in the inner circle (who make the company lots of profit) can do no wrong and are not held accountable for unethical or discriminatory behavior.
