Pros
Office felt like a small community, people genuinely cared about each other, could move internally, able to run your own day and flexible working, great nights out to celebrate achievements. This the 5 star review.
Cons
Con is that the Brocade we knew and loved doesn’t exist anymore. It’s like the acquisition split up a family. We are all in separate companies now...some moved on, others redundancy loomed. Morals hit rock bottom.
