Thank you for your review. I am happy to note that you enjoyed the culture and benefits that the organization provided and appreciate the developmental observations from your end! We acknowledge that 2020 has been a trying year for all and Branch had to make a difficult decision keeping the economy and company future in mind. It was not an easy choice for Branch however we do not wish to discount your feelings regarding this. Branch has been incredibly proactive in taking steps to enhance work life balance for our teams as we moved into a completely WFH scenario. We made changes such as adding multiple Branch Global Holidays to help our teams to take extended breaks, revamped India Leaves & Holidays Policy for an enhanced & employee friendly process, provided long term visibility on the WFH options so that employees might make effective lifestyle choices etc. Employee well being & growth is and will continue to be one of the key drivers for Branch. This being said at Branch work life balance and career development is as much the responsibility of the individual as it is a necessity for the organization. While we continue to provide many tools such as Career Development Planning (CDP) Program, HR 1:1's etc. we do expect employees to actively discuss with their managers and formulate a system which works for them.
