      Pros

      The best pro of working here is giving your resignation notice. Every day is a living hell working with executive management who are liars to employees and clients.

      Cons

      Let's start with the short list: liars, cheats, thieves, micro-managers, dis-trust of all employees. The management and cheapskate CFO now track how long employees go to lunch, what you ate for meals (they demand itemized meal receipts - a general credit card receipt is not good enough!), and how you spend your free time. They lie in front of you to customers, over-promising on deliverables knowing they will never make it. Just a miserable little company that should rot to hell.

      Pros

      My experience with Bramasol has been wonderful. I am pleased with the oppurtunities and challenges that Bramasol brings with their in-depth experience in the SAP industry. I highly recommend continuing your career with this company especially if you are a FICO analyst.

      Pros

      The best part of Bramasol is as a small company, there are many opportunities to learn new areas and contribute. I have found the management supportive of training and I have been able to learn HANA. I heard some people complain but I don't think they have really tried to take initiative themselves and go through the training.

      Cons

      This company is not super structured, so employees that need a structured environment seem to struggle. This is better suited for more independent and self sufficient employees. Also, as a small company, there is a lot to do, including working between the US and India divisions which can lead to long work days.
