    I have been working at Bournemouth University part-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    - cheap apartments nearby Literally, can't think of anything else.

    Cons

    - administration changes expectations and pay at random - no work/life balance - takes advantage of student workers - experience and merit do not change pay (they raised the pay of incoming (i.e. less experienced) workers by 30% meaning experienced workers are making almost $4000 less than entry-level ones

    Great team of people to work with, always fun and engaging and most truly love what they do.

    Cons

    All decisions are wrapped up in red tape and must come down from the university heads before approval.
