Pros
Multicultural workplace with a fun atmosphere in the heart of Amsterdam. In the IT department people have the freedom to develop their career and experiment with new ideas and technologies.
Cons
The salaries Booking pay are a little under market average which means you may end up having to live outside of Amsterdam to rent/buy anything more than a shoebox. Constant evolution and shifting priorities can mean many of the projects you start may never see the light of day.
