Office is Nice(barcelona) , people are amazing,

Cons

Poor management, work processes are complicated and nobody knows the right way to do. Promised benefits that they never give / short breaks

Hiya and thanks for your feedback although I am clearly disappointed with what you have to say and I am sorry that you have left us. I agree with you that the office is very nice and the people are amazing I was there last month and you really get that sense when you are there, it is something special. I don't agree that we are just another call centre and from what I have seen, we are very different from other call centres in Barcelona. We have a unique culture, very strong values and a range of benefits I have not see anywhere else in the area and I know more benefits are on their way (I signed them off today!) Having said that, we are a new operation, we are growing quickly (from 0 to 150+ people in 9 months) and teething problems are to be expected. We are also learning about the best way to work between Manchester and Barcelona. So thanks again for your feedback and your contribution to our business and I wish you every success for the future - Ryan
