First thank you for sharing your thoughts. I'd like to quickly address your concerns regarding BookJane and myself as the CEO of BookJane. Some feedback is very hard to hear, but I do take all feedback seriously. I do try to be transparent and direct while navigating the growth of BookJane, but we are all growing and learning together, myself included. I have certain accountability to our fellow staff members, clients and to our shareholders, and sometimes not all things can be shared. Saying that, I have been striving to talk to every employee individually on a regular basis and if we have the opportunity to connect, we can have an open conversation on any topic. We also have our town halls and numerous Slack channels that you can get additional insights into any decisions that we make. All leadership team members are also readily available to provide clarity or insight into any decisions we make, so please do feel free to reach out to any one of them.
