      Pros

      Not too many companies can offer you a job where boating is your job. The culture at Boatbound is awesome, the team is super smart, and the growth is explosive. They have all the ingredients to make something awesome happen.

      Cons

      It's hard to find any... but if I had to say one, it's that boating is seasonal in the US... and the winter ruins the fun!
