Once you are in there they will treat you righteously at the very beginning. some people are very supportive and they would make some tools available for you if you prove they are valuable. they can be understanding with your targets and you can make things necociable from time to time. nobodypressures you if you need personal time at some point, it's quite flexible as long as you do your job well
Cons
lack of many things. lack of organisation, management, personnel, documented personnel. some people have been at the company since it's very beginning and some are freshers and the discrepancy is toxic. they'd pretend they are your family and give up on you like you are some kind of trash if it turns out you mind not be a good suit.
