      The work itself isn’t difficult, but students can be frustrating. The schedule is nice, but flexibility isn’t great due to a consistent need for coverage (not enough staff).

      Cons

      Not enough staff, coordinator for admissions will make sure everybody knows and feels it.

      Pros

      I like the job and my immediate supervisor is great.

      Cons

      We do not get spring break like the rest of the school, but do get fall break. They do not give out raises or have conversations about raises with any ease. The HR is very reticent to have conversations about it.
