In the beginning when you first start it sounds promising.
Cons
If you have ever watched the movie “Coraline” it’s literally that. You go in and it sounds promising, management cares about you and what you have going on. Then quickly they’re giving you the work load of 2 people. They act like they care about your concerns, but it’s not true. At the end of the day they have FAVORITES!! They allow certain individuals to just ride the clock and look at you like you’re doing something wrong if you have something going on. Our “spokesperson” tells us a complete lie. The warehouse is COMPLETELY divided from the rest of the facility. They have meetings with the warehouse team and tells them one thing then the next week they completely forget what they even said the get on to you for doing what you were told to do. They think lying is the best way to get out of all their problems! Oh and they pay you so weird if you decide to work here make sure your checks are accurate.
