Brags "no layoffs" but fires well performing employees unexpectedly with severance packages... what do you call that? A layoff if you ask me.
Every part of that has gone down hill significantly over the last 2 years.
No pay raises for well deserving employees. More responsibility, no more pay.
No flexibility. They are watching your every move. Hoping to run out for a doctor's appointment after you finish your work? Don't even think about it.
Company culture has all but evaporated. Log in - hope you do your job good enough, and log off.
